PINE ISLAND TAXI & LIMOUSINE MAKES AIRPORT TRANSFERS QUICK AND EASY

Your Pine Island Taxi & Limousine driver will check your flight arrival status prior to leaving for the

airport, ensuring your pick-up will be made on-time. Pine Island Taxi & Limousine’s flight tracking

software allows our dispatch team to monitor your flight’s progress so we can easily adjust your pick-up

time to accommodate both delays or early arrivals.


Our drivers will stage in commercial transportation parking lot near terminal prior to the flight arrival.

Your drivers will, of course, assist you with your luggage and confirm your destination prior to leaving

the airport.

Pick-up Procedures


If you are booking travel for someone else, please be sure to provide your traveler with the booking

itinerary and Pine Island Taxi’s phone number 239-283-7777. We also require client’s cell phone

number, just in case the driver does not make contact at the designated time and place.


Drivers will send a text to contact a passenger. If no response Pine Island Taxi dispatch and/or driver will

also attempt to contact the passenger’s cell phone, home and/or office numbers.


In the event that passenger is unable to connect with their Driver, they should immediately call Pine

Island Taxi’s office at 239-283-7777. The Pine Island Taxi dispatch department will contact the driver,

coordinate with the passenger and make the connection.


Hired vehicles are not permitted to wait on the curb outside baggage claim at any Florida International

Airport. Therefore, the driver will direct clients to the proper exit door


Leaving the airport and failing to call Pine Island Taxi & Limousine can result in a no-show charge. The

quoted price will be charged. It is essential that all passengers be provided with our phone number prior

to their trip.
